My name is Mary aka "marnel" around Digi Land.  I'm from Connecticut and work full time as an Administrative Asst. I'm married to an awesome man Nelson and we have 6 dc 4 girls and 2 boys ranging from 18 to 20mth old. The 3 youngest are my main scrapping subjects they don't complain about the camera in the face yet so until they do they will be my main focus, LOL Although I am trying to scrap my older ones b/c they need to look back and know that they were also a big part of my inspiration.  All I can say about my style is it's all over the place, I can't stick with just one" style" their is so much out in digi land and I must mix it all up and just scrap by what inspires me from the kit.  I hope my layouts inspire at least one person to create their own memory. So let's scrap ;)

My name is Kathleen Glossop, I’m a SAHM to my gorgeous (but mischievous!) 2 year old boy, Clay, and wife of 8 years (OMG!!) to Jason. I’ve been scrapping for about 4 years, and am a complete scrap nut, (Jas would argue “obsessed”, lol). I’d call my style fun & funky, I love white space, but still like to think my work is still quite detailed.  The inspiration I get from combing through my overflowing stash of pretty papers, adorable buttons, gorgeous embellishments and unusual odds ‘n ends, is second only to that which I get from my family – scrapping is my way of conveying my love and adoration for them.

Hello! My name is April Yap, and I live in Singapore with the most wonderful man in my life. We will be celebrating our 16th anniversary in a few months' time. We have 3 children, Sarah (14), Glenn (10) and Keane (8). 

 
I have been scrapbooking for 2 years now, and I am totally addicted!! I love taking photos and telling stories about our life's little moments. Creating precious keepsakes (for my family) like this make me very very happy! I love it most when they picked up the albums, read and enjoyed our stories again and again.
 
Now I am a huge fan of pretty pp, stamps, tags, diecuts and and all sorts of embellies! Playing with and mixing them is a super fun process that I really enjoy!

I am Chiqui Gutierrez from the tropical islands of the Philippines. I’m in my mid thirties, and been married to my hubby Herbert for 7 years. He recently got interested in photography so I get lots of pictures to scrap. We have 2 adorable daughters, Julia Francesca is 6 and Anneliese is 3 years old. I am a Pediatrician by profession, and a certified scrapaholic for 2 years now. I admit I’m addicted to this wonderful hobby! I love how the layouts tell the story behind the picture. I consider myself a newbie in the scrapbooking world so I guess I’m still discovering my style. Most of my layouts are of the clean and simple kind but I also love the shabby-chic look. I tend to experiment with different techniques but handcutting, layering, & distressing are some of my favorites. I absolutely love working with sketches and I am really thrilled and honored to be part of the Design Team of Inspired Blueprints. I hope I’ll be able to inspire you as much as others have inspired me.

Hi, my name is Akiko Kuroki (aka akilia),and I am from Japan. I am 37 years old and I am married to my great husband and we have a lovely daughter (6 years old). I began scrapbooking from the autumn of 2007. I am crazy about scrapbooking. The reason for having begun scrapbooking is for recording growth of a daughter. I came to take many photographs above till then, after beginning scrapbooking. I am glad to participate as Design Team of Inspired Blueprints. And I am looking forward to it very much.

My name is Christa Paustenbaugh and I currently live in Coastal North Carolina.  I'm married to my college sweetheart, Terry, a military man, so we are from a little bit of everywhere!  We have two daughters, Maya (7) and Ella (4) who definitely keep me busy and entertained.  I also work part time teaching classes at our local community college, however, my heart is in school social work.

I started scrapbooking right after I got married 11 years ago, but didn't get "serious" about it until 4 years ago.  I picked up Cathy Zielske's first book and haven't looked back since!  I'm definitely a clean and simple scrapper, but I do enjoy going out of my comfort zone too and try new things.  My scrapbooking focus is our everyday life, the things that make us tick and make us a family.  I love to tell our story and what better way than to put some photos and papers together to tell our story even better!

Our New Designers

We recently had a design team call here at Inspired Blueprints and many have been waiting for us to announce the new designers. We apologise for taking a bit longer than promised - we had so many more entries than we expected - over 100 applicants applied to be our paper and digi layout designers as well as card designers.

A big THANK YOU to all who submitted for the call. You have really indulged us with your creativity and we definitely know how it feels like putting yourself up for a call.  We really appreciate your effort. If we could, we would have had all of you on the team. For those who did not make the team this round, we hope we'll see you applying for our next DT call but more importantly, that you'll continue to be inspired at Inspired Blueprints.

So without further ado, here are our new designers:

 

Also, joining us on the permanent team of designers is Lynn Kopas. I'm sure you've seen Lynn around at IB and she is a wonderful talent. We're thrilled to welcome Lynn onboard!

Sketch #24 - Guest Designer

Welcome Stephanie Howell to Inspired Blueprints for sketch 24!!  Stephanie is an incredibly talented scrapbooker and we're thrilled she's been able to join us.

Stephanie lives in Central Texas where she raises two sweet girls and holds down the home fort while her brave soldier is away. If she's not being crafty, she can usually be found at the flea market. She designs for Studio Calico and Lily Bee.

Sketch 24 showcases 2 standard sized photos as well as ample room for journaling.  To create a double layout, why not create a mirror image of the sketch.
